0-6 month: 16” waist, 6” length
6-12 month: 18” waist, 7” length
12-24 month: 18-20” waist, 8” length
2T-3T: 20-21” waist, 10” length
4-5: 21-22” waist, 12” length
Can be made with one color or many colors! Add ribbon, rinestones, and flowers too!
Cost: Basic $10-$12 (Tulle and Elastic Band)
Additional Cost -$5 for ribbon, flowers, rhinestones ect...
